Chef Josh Regal’s Four Course Special Menu will be paired with five different Sonoma Springs Brews. Chef Josh & Robert Raney, form Sonoma Springs, will be present to talk about the Beers and the food pairings.

First Course – NomaWeiss Bavarian-style Wheat Wine, 5.9%, 20 ibu
Split Pea & Faux Ham Soup Shot: peas, seasoned cream, crispy beets


Second Course – Kolsch, 5.2%, 20 ibu
Gurkensalat: cucumbers, dill, yogurt, red onion, topped with garlic chips


Third Course – Divine Harvest Dunkleweissebier, 5.7%, 21 ibu
Zwiebelkuchen: warm onion & bacon pie, caraway, mustard cream


Fourth Course – New Bavaria Roggenbier, 5.9%
Smoked lamb shanks, ‘Himmel und Erde’: russet potatoes, tart apples, nutmeg, kraut & crispy cabbage


Fifth Course – Bruja Majik German Altbier (Brown Ale), 5.8%, 28 ibu
